Marketing is essential to bringing ideas to life and adding real value for the audience. By understanding a brand's audience, marketing can effectively support a transformation.
You've recently undergone a personal transformation in your marriage. How do you balance being a wife and a key team member?
Balancing personal and professional priorities requires prioritising essential projects in both areas of life. Although it may mean missing out on some fun activities from single life, I am willing to do so to achieve success with my team and husband.
What are you most looking forward to in your career and personal life?
I aspire to develop the best expertise in my domain knowledge and experience a colourful life filled with opportunities for personal and professional growth, enjoyment, and fulfilment.
What is important to you about working as a woman in the workplace?
Equality is crucial to me in the workplace. This includes equal opportunities for career growth, the right to express my views without bias, and a level playing field for people of all races, ages, ethnicities, and genders. It's essential that I'm heard and treated equally to men, without any additional empathy due to my gender.
What is the role of Strategy in Construct Digital’s transformational journey?
Construct Digital has transformed into a leading agency by offering clients marketing, experience, and business transformation. Strategy is vital to all three types of transformation by identifying clients' needs, delivering the right plan, and ensuring that Construct and its clients are on the same transformation journey. In the end, it's the client's journey that defines the company's journey, and strategy lays the foundation for the client's journey.
Why is it important to have female representation while we undergo our transformation journey?
A diverse group of people with different perspectives drives the transformation journey, making it multidirectional. The more diversity in culture, age groups, and gender, the more progressive the transformation. In my opinion, having a female representative is equally vital as having a male representative.
How do you balance your personal and professional life as a key team member?
The best way to balance personal and professional lives is to keep them separate. It's important not to let what happens in one world affect the other and to live both lives equally. I'm proud to say that Construct enables me live both to the fullest.
What are you most looking forward to in your career and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I seek to to find balance to learn new things, put them into action, and lead change.
How is it working alongside the incredible women at Construct Digital?
Working with incredible women at Construct Digital has been an incredible journey. I feel proud to work with people who can impeccably play the roles of a mom, wife, and daughter and still deliver more than 100% across all departments in the workplace. I look forward to being as fierce as they are in the future.

Very important. No doubt. For me, it's about having a say and putting it forward to improve the journey. And women always have a perspective that sets the entire journey apart.

Strategy plays a crucial role in Construct Digital's transformational journey. As the forward-thinking minds of the company, it is our responsibility to provide direction and guidance and be an integral part of the decision-making process. Our strategic vision sets the tone and direction for the company's transformational journey.
How do you balance your personal and professional life as a key team member?
Work-life balance is always tricky. I'm sure none of us has mastered it. However, Construct gives us the flexibility to focus on our personal lives, which is a great relief to working at this workplace. And it all depends on the individual's ability to manage. So, I am getting there.
What are you most looking forward to in your career and personal life?
I always want to evolve and grow in both my personal and professional life. I want to make tons of mistakes, learn and grow. I always look forward to the opportunities that give me the room to make such mistakes and provide me with a path to learn.
How is it working alongside the incredible women at Construct Digital?
I love working with all of these incredible people. It is such an empowering environment and a lovely workplace. There is no judgement when you make a mistake; rather a support system to teach you how to make it happen. So, I am learning daily and grateful to Construct for giving me this opportunity.
