Most people know Gain City as the "aircon" company in Singapore. With 10 locations islandwide, Gain City carries over 50,000 different products ranging from consumer electronics to home DIY.
With a recently launched flagship store at Sungei Kadut, Gain City wanted to streamline their existing eCommerce website to provide a better customer experience and faster order processing with integration to their website's backend systems.
We were engaged for this eCommerce website design & development in 2015. This involved migrating from a Drupal website to a new enterprise level Magento eCommerce platform.
Our Solution
As part of the implementation, we built an automated integration to their Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system to integrate orders, membership rewards, and customer information. This streamlined process allowed Gain City to support larger sales volumes while reducing fulfillment times.
